These terms tell you the terms on which you may make use of Byte sCRM. By using Byte sCRM, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use Byte sCRM.


Byte sCRM is provided by Byte London Limited, which is a private limited company registered in England & Wales with registered number 8782065. Registered office 141 Wardour Street, London, W1F 0UT. 


Subject to these terms of use, Byte London Limited hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to use Byte sCRM for the purposes set out in a separate agreement for services. Your acquired rights are subject to your compliance with these terms of use. The term of your licence under these terms of use shall commence on the date that you install or otherwise use Byte sCRM and ends on the earlier date of either your disposal of Byte sCRM or Byte London Limited's termination of this Agreement. Your license terminates immediately if you attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures used in connection with Byte sCRM. Byte sCRM is being licensed to you and you hereby acknowledge that no title or ownership in Byte sCRM is being transferred or assigned and these terms of use should not be construed as a sale of any rights in Byte sCRM. All rights not specifically granted under this Agreement are reserved by Byte London Limited and its licensors.

You agree not to: (i) commercially exploit Byte sCRM; (ii) distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, lend, convey or otherwise transfer or assign Byte sCRM, any passwords or usernames or any copies of Byte sCRM, without the express prior written consent of Byte London Limited or as set forth in these terms of use; (iii) make a copy of Byte sCRM or any part thereof (other than as set forth herein); (iv) make a copy of Byte sCRM publicly available or available on a network for use or download by multiple users; (v) except as otherwise specifically provided by Byte sCRM or these terms of use, use or install Byte sCRM (or permit others to do same) on a network, for on-line use, or on more than one computer at the same time; (vi) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, prepare derivative works based on or otherwise modify Byte sCRM, in whole or in part; (vii) remove, obscure or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices, marks or labels contained on or within Byte sCRM, falsify or delete any author attributions, legal notices or other labels of the origin or source of the material; (viii) misrepresent the source of ownership of Byte sCRM; or (ix) scrape, build databases or otherwise create permanent copies of content returned from Byte sCRM.

Byte sCRM may require an internet connection to access Byte sCRM or its internet-based features, authenticate Byte sCRM, or perform other functions. In order for certain features of Byte sCRM to operate properly, you may be required to have and maintain (a) an adequate internet connection and/or (b) a valid and active account with an online service as set forth in Byte sCRM documentation. If you do not maintain such accounts, then Byte sCRM or certain features of Byte sCRM may not operate or may cease to function properly, either in whole or in part, and Byte London disclaims all liability in this regard.

In addition, you acknowledge that the data made available to you via Byte sCRM is sourced from a number of third party sources. Commentary and other materials which do not originate with Byte London Limited but which are available in Byte sCRM are not intended to amount to advice by Byte London Limited on which reliance should be placed. Byte London Limited therefore disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any user of Byte sCRM, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.


Byte London Limited is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in Byte sCRM, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not use any part of the materials on Byte sCRM for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.


Byte sCRM is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

  • All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
  • Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with Byte sCRM or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of Byte sCRM, any websites linked to it and any materials contained within it, including, without limitation any liability for:
  • loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; and
  • for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable,

provided that this condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using Byte sCRM, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.


Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to Byte sCRM, or to make contact with other users of Byte sCRM, you must ensure that such materials are appropriate, inoffensive, and do not infringe the rights of any third party.

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of Byte sCRM.

We have the right to remove any material or posting you make in Byte sCRM if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the rules set out above or is in any way inappropriate or detrimental to our interests or those of our clients and staff.


You must not misuse Byte sCRM by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Byte sCRM, the server on which Byte sCRM is stored or any server, computer or database connected to Byte sCRM. You must not attack Byte sCRM via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990 and other applicable legislation elsewhere. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use Byte sCRM will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of Byte sCRM or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.


Where Byte sCRM contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.


Your right to use Byte sCRM will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms of use. In such event, you must destroy all copies of Byte sCRM and all of its component parts and stop accessing any service components of Byte sCRM.


The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to Byte sCRM although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.


We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on Byte sCRM. Thank you for using Byte sCRM.
